Skincare Routine // The Abiby Beauty Box

Hello ladies!I am here for you today to present you an all MADE IN ITALY Beauty Box I incorporated to my daily routine. Keep on reading!

So let's all be honest here. I ain't the type of girl who spends ages or money on skincare. I like to keep it nice and simple, and above all - quick.
This is the reason why I found the Abiby Box to be ideal for me, it ticks all the boxes.

How it works:
The Abiby team of experts selects the best combination of luxury perfumes, makeup and skincare products, from different brands, for you to try each month.
The overall original price of each combination of products is about €90-100 but you get them all for much cheaper.
There are different plans you can choose from, and they also guarantee a complete refund in case you're not happy with what you got in the first box.

The brand's philosophy
The name "Abiby" comes from the arabian word "Habibi", meaning "My love". Its aim is to inspire the love for beauty and self care in every woman's heart. I appreciate when I find the motivation and passion to deliver great products to customers, because customers are what matters most. Not to mention the incredible deals you can take advantage of by giving them a shot.

The box I got - December, White Christmas Box
I got three really good products with December's Box, a Hand Cream by Surface, a Face Cream by Eric Favre and a Night Mask by Skin Labo - all an appropriate choice for the winter days.
I thought it would be useful to show how I "positioned" the products in my routine.

Goodnight, Sweetheart.
Let's start with my evening routine.
After I cleaned up all my makeup with either wipes or Garnier's Micellar Water, followed by Pixi Beauty's Double Cleanser, I proceed to apply the toner, still by Pixi. I am lucky to own both Pixi's Glow Tonic and Glow Tonic To-go pads, but of course, being the quickest, I prefer the second one.

Once my face is clean for the gods, I get to the real deal - SKIN LABO'S ANTI-AGE NIGHT MASK. I apply it to the face to be absorbed fast and leaves the skin extremely soft when I wake up in the morning. It's great for all skin types, particularly for the dry and/or mature. Now - I had a few dry patches here and there, and I believe this helped. As said before, I leave it to work at night and clean it off in the morning with a glow tonic pad.
As well as a night mask, it can also be used as a last minute beauty treatment before a special occasion.
The Skin Labo Night Mask is paraben, allergen and gluten free, plus it contains Ialuronic Acid, bio Argan Oil, and it smells great.

Let there be light.
When I'm up and ready for the day, with a clean canvas, the ERIC FAVRE'S DETOX FACE CREAM is my moisturizer to go.
It, too, smells delicious, and helps my skin remain clean and spot-free. Out of all ingredients, I think the most interesting are the Peat and the Inulin, for their anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. This cream detoxifies the skin, fights acne and improves micro-circulation.

Take me by the hand
Let's move on to SURFACE'S HAND CREAM. The part of me with dry spots is not only my face lately (God, I'm getting old!), but also my hands. I never had to worry about them really, and I don't own many products that are meant to re-hydrate the hands. This product was, therefore, the most unfamiliar to me. One obvious thing though, was how much I like their minimalistic packaging, definitely my favourite one of the three. Smart, clean looking.
This cream is made, as quoted, "for busy hands", subjected to the city's pollution. It's an "all natural ingredients" product, and it's also versatile, because it can be applied on elbows and feet as well.

Conclusions

I'm quite pleased with the range of products I received in this month's Abiby Box. My favourite pick is the Skin Labo's Mask, I love the concept of something working on your skin during the night (plus I can see results after little time - so that's lovely), and I would definitely recommend the beauty box.
I'm so glad Italy is getting on with the trends in the beauty world, as for monthly subscription boxes.

What was your favourite? Would you give Abiby a try?
