What's up people!
Obviously this moment had to come. After drooling over the Morphe Brushes Palettes for a while, I decided to spend my well deserved birthday money on something epic. This is one of the new additions: the 35OM!Nikkie Tutorials swears by these Palettes, her and many others, so I felt intrigued and decided to make an order. Dangerous I know.
I had two palettes in my mind, and being the indecisive person that I am, after long, strenuous hours of walking back and forth in my room and pulling my hair in complete and utter frustration, I did it. I GOT THEM BOTH.
We are talking about the 35OM & the 35F (which will be featured in a future post).
HOW:
As many of you know, both palettes are an absolute nightmare to find. Why?
BECAUSE THEY KEEP GOING OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE.
I can say I only ordered from the US once, and that was from the Colourpop website [ hint hint ;) ] a month earlier, and because some issues did occur with that one I didn't want to risk again. I chose to rely on a European re-seller and the first candidate was Beautybay of course, then Cultbeauty, but unfortunately they were all gone.
But I had the urge to buy, I didn't want to "join the waitlist" (patient much lol), so I found some place else where I could get them.
The answer came from House of Beauty, a Polish/English website which stocks beauty products by many brands, including Anastasia Beverly Hills, Jeffree Star Cosmetics, Makeup Geek, Huda Beauty....and even Kylie Cosmetics!
The downside is that obviously is a little bit more expensive than the original price, but nothing too crazy if you're from the UK. NOT ME haha!
I live in Italy at the moment, the pound/euro difference resulted in me basically paying double the price. It was worth it, but I mean...if you have a little patience and stalk Beautybay until they restock you can definitely make a MUCH better deal.

THE PALETTE:This palette has 35 matte colours, the pots are a pretty reasonable size, not too small, not too big. So we can agree so far that is seems like a bargain! But what about the formula, the pigmentation?
The eyeshadows are SO pigmented, you will be able to tell by looking at the swatch pictures, they range from light base/transitional colours, to greys and browns to warmer tones. I picked it up especially for the warm colours, I've become obsessed with oranges, brick reds and terracottas lately, they compliment green eyes so, so well.
The neutrals are great for anyone who finds more browny shades better than more grey ones, and come on - they're always necessary.
The formula, after caring enough to avoid any fallout, overall comes off as creamy, buttery, very soft and incredibly easy to blend, maybe even better than the Naked shadows - I know! You can keep applying as much product as you need until getting the desired effect and it won't appear too muddy or uneven.
Only maybe a few of the darkest shades resulted to be a little more patchy than the light, warmer ones, so they probably will need more time to blend - but that's not a big issue for me personally.

So you see how literally anyone would be happy with the colour range!
PACKAGING:
The packaging is not extremely luxurious looking, it's quite minimal which I think is fine if you only care about the quality of the product itself. The only thing is that it seems to be incredibly light and therefore fragile:
Oh, the countless shattered palettes I've seen from people who ordered them online, man!
My advice is to be careful when handling them.
CONCLUSIONS:
I am not afraid to say I'm really happy with my purchase, it ticks all the boxes ✔, and you also get good value for your money. The colours are gorgeous and it definitely exceeded my expectations!
