Oh! Oh! Oh!
Christmas is coming guys, and I must say.... I don't really feel the festive mood, but in this busy time the only distraction I get is playing with make up. So I opted for a cut crease (which I hadn't tried doing before) with these two very bright and festive colours!
Black Friday was crazy, we all know that. I am personally still waiting for two orders I placed (Beautybay non tracked International Saver right here!), for which I will probably do a haul as soon as (and IF) those babies get here!! Aaargh! haha
I was also able to purchase a couple of mini mineral eyeshadows from Neve Cosmetics to add to my very small collection of... just one? Yeah, just one haha - aka "Versailles". One of the two new addictions was "Peyote", which really enticed me for those gorgeous lime green undertones. My intention was to finally try do a cut crease, after thousands of stunning looks I saw on Instagram, so I took the courage and here ya have it!
It's definitely not an everyday look, I'm aware of that, but I really enjoy experimenting and hope the result didn't come out too bad. I definitely will do more toned-down cut crease looks in the future I promise ;)
Let's start with the FACE:
-For Foundation: Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation in the Shade 3.0
-For Concealer: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in "Light" (for highlighting) and "Nude" (for imperfections)
-Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Palette for Bronzer "Luminous bronze light" and blush "Luminous flush"
-For Highlighter: NYX "Gleam" Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator; The Balm "Mary Lou Manizer" & a tiny bit of Neve Cosmetics Mineral Eyeshadow in "Peyote"
EYES:
-Brows: Nabla Cosmetics Brow Devine in "Uranus"
-Primer: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer
-Base colour: "Virgin" from the UD Naked Palette
-Crease: "Caramel" by Nabla Cosmetics, on top of which I applied "Slowburn" from the UD Electric Palette.
-Lid: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer; "Virgin"; "Peyote" (Daaaaamn it did stand out!).
-Eyeliner: Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner
-Inner corner: Mix of "Peyote" and The Balm "Mary Lou Manizer Highlighter"
-Lower Lash Line: "Caramel", UD Electric Palette in "Thrash"&"Fringe" (The green wasn't planned but the lime from Peyote inspired me!)
-Lashes: Eylure Enchanted After Dark "Dark Forest" Lashes
-Mascara: Too Faced "Better than Sex" Mascara
LIPS:
-Lip Liner & Liquid Lipstick: Wycon Cosmic Kisses Lip Kit in "Hot & Wet"
