NABLA Cosmetics Eyeshadows & Brow Pencil

Welcome to my first ever blog post people!

I must admit I'm quite nervous, but overall excited to throw myself in this new experience.
This is the first time I try out products from NABLA, I picked two Eyeshadow refills (€6,50 each) and the Brow Divine pencil (€11,90) from a stand in Eataly Roma.

About the eyeshadows:
I already had my almost empty INGLOT magnetic Freedom Palette to "populate", that's why I went for the refills. The shades I got are "Caramel" (warm, beigy base colour with a matte finish) and "Rust" (gorgeous shimmery copper colour). The formula is soft and velvety, the pigmentation incredible. They have a great colour pay-off regardless of whether you decide to apply them wet or dry, although I normally prefer wet to see colours at their full potential.

About the brow pencil:
Moving on to my personal favourite from this haul - the Brow Divine Pencil!
I wanted to try something new for my brows, as my Eylure pencil was nearly gone. After considering Anastasia Beverly Hills, I decided to give this brand a try, considering it was cheaper, more physically reachable and I had heard very good things about it. Originally, I was intrigued by the NABLA Brow Pot, although there wasn't much variety shade-wise. I swatched it and....Yes, the shade "Neptune" was a bit too warm, too brown for me, and "Uranus" risked to result looking like I had two huge caterpillars as brows.
But then, as I was allowed to actually try it on there, I tried the Brow Pencil in the two shades that were most likely to suit my cool toned, dark brown hair colour, which are "Jupiter" and "Uranus" (yes, the same shade as the brow pot, which obviously created a much more natural effect in pencil version!).
Uranus was the one. I managed to do my brows under poor lighting, with an old lady and the shopgirl staring at me, in two minutes.
It felt great, with a super fine nib, a very useful spoolie at the other end, it applied so smoothly. It's perfectly waxy, it releases the right amount of product and it may be one of the best brow products I've tried so far.

Let me know what you think in a comment down below. Have you tried the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade? What was your experience with Nabla? Any other brand you think I should try out?
I would love to hear from you! :) x
